By accessing vezmara.com, placing an order or submitting a wholesale enquiry you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully — they explain how we sell, deliver and support the safety equipment we supply.
1. Using this website
You may browse the catalogue, create an account and place orders for lawful purposes only. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account.
- You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
- Information you provide at checkout must be accurate and complete.
- Automated scraping, reselling of our content or misuse of the platform is not permitted.
2. Products, pricing and availability
Product descriptions, certifications and images are published in good faith and reviewed regularly. Minor variations in colour, finish or packaging can occur between production batches.
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices and stock levels may change without notice; the price confirmed on your order confirmation is the price that applies.
3. Orders and acceptance
An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order and dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, pricing was published in error, or the delivery address falls outside our service area.
4. Wholesale and bulk supply
Wholesale enquiries are quoted individually. Quoted pricing is valid for the period stated on the quotation and is subject to minimum order quantities, stock confirmation and agreed delivery scheduling.
5. Correct use of safety equipment
Personal protective equipment reduces risk but does not remove it. Equipment must be selected for the specific hazard, fitted correctly, inspected before every use and replaced at the end of its service life. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions and your workplace safety policy.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of production or profit.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services evolve. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
