Shipping Policy

Dispatch times

• Orders confirmed before 3:00 PM on a working day are dispatched the same day where stock allows.
• Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are dispatched the next working day.
• Wholesale consignments are scheduled according to the confirmed quotation.

Delivery times

• Major cities: 2–3 working days.
• Other cities and towns: 3–5 working days.
• Remote areas: 5–7 working days, subject to courier coverage.

Shipping charges

Shipping is calculated at checkout from the delivery method you select. Free delivery thresholds, where active, are shown in the cart before you pay.

Tracking your order

A tracking number is emailed as soon as your consignment is handed to the courier. You can also follow progress from your account or the order tracking page.

Failed deliveries

Couriers attempt delivery up to two times. If both attempts fail, the consignment returns to our warehouse and our team will contact you to arrange redelivery.

Inspection on delivery

Check the outer packaging and quantity at delivery. Report visible damage, shortages or an incorrect consignment promptly with your order number and photographs so our team can investigate with the courier.
